At the end of the day, blow off some steam to head into the evening with a good feeling? And at the same time, learn how to defend yourself with various martial arts techniques?
Every Monday morning, Wednesday evening, Thursday morning, and Friday evening we progressively learn different techniques, so that you, if necessary, can get yourself out of difficult situations in a simple, quick way.
Everyone is welcome! Experienced or not at all, everyone can defend themselves! In addition, you build up your self-confidence, self-respect, mental and physical health in a fun, relaxed way.
We are a foundation and do not work with membership fees! Participation is free.

Choose De Getrainde Vuisten. The students practice the techniques in a familiar and safe environment with respect for each other. De Getrainde Vuisten would love for you to participate in their training and strengthen the camaraderie within their club. Learn essential self-defense techniques. Strengthen your body and mind. Develop self-confidence, self-control, self-reflection, coordination, and vitality. Small groups so you receive personal attention. A safe and respectful training environment.

Don't hesitate if you have no experience! During the lessons there are new and more experienced students present, with or without a previous background in martial arts. Others have only taken lessons with us. They also often see themselves as beginners after years. But they are never afraid to assist you during training.
